Problem

The company was in the first stages of setting up shop in India. To get the licenses and framework in place, they needed to pass through the tedious regulatory framework. Apart from this, staffing activities on ground also needed to be looked at. The top management of the company was under pressure due to these reasons and they needed an associate who would help them start off smoothly.

Methodology

  • We helped the company launch their operations by conducting road shows for their first vehicle by providing them with the needed support staff.
  • We also liasioned with the government authorities to get licenses and other approvals in place.
  •  Apart from this, we educated the client on the benefits of contract staffing and introduced the concept.
  • All the staffing activities were outsourced. We provided the client with complete staffing solutions including executive level employees like accountants, executives, service advisors and shop floor level employees like office boys etc.

Results

The company has more than 70% on contract. We continue to provide them with the best service and keep building on the strong association. This results in more than 50% savings in hiring and recruitment for the client. At the same time, we open up a large pool of talent for the client to choose from that would have not been possible otherwise.
